Books Releasing This Quarter I Can’t Wait For
Can you believe we are into July already? I seriously don’t know where this year is going. I am now on my summer holidays from work (Woop!) and thinking about the amazing books we have to look forward to in the next three months. Here are nine books I can’t wait for!
July Releases
Six Crimson Cranes (Six Crimson Cranes #1) by Elizabeth Lim – Releasing July 8th
I have never actually read anything by Elizabeth Lim before but I heard this one dubbed as being influenced by the tale of Mulan. That just made this one an absolute must-read for me.
These Hollow Vows (These Hollow Vows #1) by Lexi Ryan – Releasing July 20th
This one was always going to be on my most anticipated list. It’s a YA romance involving Fae Princes. What more could you want? I’ve actually already read this one, and it is perfect. I can’t wait to get my hands on the finished Hardback!
Red Wolf by Rachel Vincent – Releasing July 21st
Red Wolf is a reimagining of Little Red Riding Hood. I am such a huge fan of retellings and I have loved some of Rachel Vincent’s work in the past. I can’t wait to read this one.
August Releases
As Good As Dead (Good Girl’s Guide To Murder #3) by Holly Jackson – Releasing August 5th
I absolutely fell in love with Holly’s series the other year with the first book in this series. I can’t wait to see what is going to happen in this third book. It is definitely one of my most anticipated.
Phantom Heart (Phantom Heart #1) by Kelly Creagh – Releasing August 17th
I am such a huge lover of everything Phantom of the Opera. So when I saw that this book was releasing, it went straight on my wishlist. I am super excited for this one to release. I will definitely be reading it as soon as I can.
Redemptor (Raybearer #2) by Jordan Ifueko – Releasing August 17th
I haven’t actually read Raybearer yet, but the more I see about this series the more I know I’m just going to love it. I’m actually waiting for Redemptor to come out so I can read them together so I can’t wait for this to release so I can dive into this series.
September Releases
The Last Legacy by Adrienne Young – Releasing September 7th
I fell head over heels in love with Adrienne’s Fable Duology this past month. The Last Legacy is set in the same world but with new characters we’ve never met before. I’m so excited to be back into this world so, I cannot wait to get my hands on The Last Legacy.
Defy the Night (Defy the Night #1) by Brigid Kemmerer – Releasing September 14th
I’ve been such a huge Brigid fan since I read her Elementals series way back in 2013. I’ve read all of her books since then and so I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on her new fantasy series. I just know it’s going to be everything I want and more.
Once Upon A Broken Heart (Once Upon A Broken Heart #1) by Stephanie Garber – Releasing September 30th
I cannot wait to dive into this amazing book. I have recently been reading Stephanie’s Caraval series and I just absolutely adore her writing style. It is so lyrical and magical and I can’t wait to dive back into this amazing world of the Fates. Roll on September.
