2025 Challenges Update: End of January

I’ve decided that this year I’m going to do a post towards the end of each month this year, doing an update on all my reading challenges, so welcome to the first challenge update. I feel I’ve made some good progress on my challenges this month. I could have done so much better had I not decided to re-read a series with a friend, but I’m still really happy with my progress so far.

Challenge 1: Finish A Series Challenge

I finished one series, and made progress on two more this year. I’m so happy with this progress.

• I finished the Unmarked Witch Series by Miranda Lyn having read book 2 and 2.5
• I made progress with the Arcana Chronicles Series by Kresley Cole by reading book 2. This leaves me with 4 more books to go before I finish this series.
• I become completely up to date with the Empyrean Series by Rebecca Yarros by reading new release, Onyx Storm.

Challenge 2: RARE London Challenge

My RARE potential reads sat at 23 at the beginning of the year. I have manged to finish 3 of them, which I am more than happy with. The books I read for it are:

Challenge 3: Read 12 Books Recommended by 12 Friends

I have managed to read one book from my 12 friends challenge, which is on track so I am thrilled with this.

• I finished Spark of the Everflame by Penn Cole

Challenge 4: ARC Catch Up

This is the only challenge that I haven’t made any progress with this month. I am determined to get some of these read in February. Wish me luck!
