Review: The Reindeer Falls Collection
The Reindeer Falls series by Jana Aston is a collection of 3 adult contemporary novellas. I picked these ones up as part of a Christmas-themed TBR and as they are super short novella’s I’ve just done mini reviews of each of them, which you will find them below.

Dear Santa,Please bring me a new boss for Christmas. Mine is the worst. The worst, hidden in a six foot tall package of male perfection. It’d be easier if he looked like an old Scrooge, wouldn’t it?
Nick Saint-Croix doesn’t look like an old scrooge. He’s hot as-
Um, never mind. Just bring me a new boss. Please.
Sincerely,

Contemporary Romance is not my favourite genre. Not even close. In fact I rarely read it! However, there is something about Christmastime that makes me really wanna read a cute romance. When I want to read a romance Jana Aston is usually my go-to! This right here is why! Although I don’t usually love romance, I adored every single second of this novella.
The Boss Who Stole Christmas a beautiful, quick novella that has the sweetest romance. To me this is the book version of a Hallmark Christmas movie! Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down! I was completely stuck in Reindeer Falls and I never wanted to leave. It was heartwarming and beautiful. I loved it. My one complaint would be that I want a full novel of Holly and Nick. Not just a novella. I was definitely left wanting more.

If You Give A Jerk A Gingerbread (Reindeer Falls #2)

From Goodreads:
Dear Santa,I do not want Keller James for Christmas.
I will not fall for him, no matter how charming or irresistible or famous he is. I will not be swayed by his skills in the kitchen or by his British accent. I’m going to win the Great Gingerbread Bake Off and no one is going to stand in my way. Not even Keller.
All kisses are off. I mean all bets. All bets are off. And his clothes, those are off too.
Grr, never mind. I’ll figure this out myself.
XOXO,
Ginger Winter
After finishing The Boss Who Stole Christmas, I couldn’t wait to jump into the second novella in this series. We were briefly introduced to our two main characters, Keller and Ginger, in the first novella and I couldn’t wait to read their story.
If You Give A Jerk A Gingerbreak happens parallel to the first novella and it was awesome to see how they came together. I absolutely loved this second novella, especially how the setting of this one was focused around a baking content. It just made me want to bake and make all of the recipes. I loved every moment of this one and I can’t wait to read the final Reindeer Falls novella.

The One Night Stand Before Christmas (Reindeer Falls #3)

From Goodreads:
Dear Santa,Please stop by my house and pick up your suit. If you thought I was going to run it to the dry cleaners for you after you left it on my bedroom floor, you’ve got another thing coming.
Best,
Noel Winter
The One Night Stand Before Christmas is the final novella in the Reindeer Falls series and I went into it with mixed feelings. I was so excited to read Noel’s tory but also so sad that this was the final one. I wasn’t ready to leave Reindeer Falls.
I think this one was my favourite. It was hilarious, feel good and heartwarmingly romantic. From Noel’s out-of-character one night stand with Santa to her search for who was actually in the Santa suit. I adored every second! I loved all three novellas but the ending of this one was perfection. How you see all three couples a year later was the perfect ending. If you love a good cheesy Hallmark movie at this time of year, this series is a Christmas must-read. These will be my seasonal re-reads every year from now on.
