Quarterly Reading Challenge Check In

Can you believe we are going into the final quarter of 2026? I can’t lie, 2026 has been the worst year for me personally so I can’t wait to see the back of it! However, I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to share with you what I’ve managed to read from my challenges so far.

Challenge 1: Read 52 Books in 2026

I am happy to say I am ahead on this challenge and will definitely achieve this one! At the time of writing this post, I have read 46 books, and so I’m ahead by 9 books!

Challenge 2: Read 12 Books Recommended by 12 Friends

I sadly have not read as many books for this challenge as I had hoped. I’ve currently read 6 out of the 12. I’m hoping to read some more of these via Audio in the next quarter.

Challenge 3: Series Catch Up Challenge

Honestly, I’ve lost track of this challenge. There’s been so many series I’ve picked up to finish and realised that I didn’t remember a thing from previous books, so a lot of the series on this list I am going to need to re-read some of them. So this challenge is going to be abandoned for the rest of the year.
