ARC August… Coming Soon

It’s that time of the year again. It’s almost August, which means I am once again hosting ARC August. I always have a back log of ARCs, so this is something that I do every year.

This year, I am going into it with less ARCs on my backlist than every before as I have just cleared them out. As I have been a reviewer/blogger/Netgalley goer for well over a decade, I had some Netgalley books from back in 2012 that I didn’t get to. So I decided to clear some of the older ARCs out with the ‘I will not be reviewing this title’ button. So while there is still a lot there is less than ever before.

I am not doing a TBR until the end of this month as I have some requests open, and I want to see whether I get any of them, but I do have some plans for ARC August. I am attending YALC in October, and some of the announced authors I have their books as ARCs (some backlist, some upcoming releases) so I am hoping ARC August will help me to get through some of my YALC list while also equally focusing on backlist titles and upcoming releases.
